Learning new concepts and skills can feel like swimming upstream in a rapidly flowing river. A current of confusing jargon, complex subject matter, and contextually vacant coursework bombards learners, impeding their development. Our learning solutions are like strategically placed boulders that slow the rush of water and create the calming pools necessary for an inclusive and nurturing learning experience. We call these innovative, culturally responsive learning and development programs "learning eddies."
In addition to determining performance needs, we collect data during our comprehensive needs assessment to fully understand learners' culturally-influenced motivations.
